Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform various cafe tasks.
• Willingness to learn barista skills and product knowledge.
• No formal degree required; excellent customer service a must.

Responsibilities

• Operate registers quickly and friendly to serve customers.
• Unpack and stock deliveries; keep cafe area presentable and clean.
• Maintain café presentation and merchandising to attract customers.
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning tasks and FIFO posting.
• Support bookstore team and adapt to store needs and promotions.
