Job summary

TouchPoint Support Services is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time barista positions at the TouchPoint location in Indianapolis. Online applications are accepted only. Schedule includes Monday through Friday with rotating weekends; hours may vary.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, food service, and barista experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and card payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Greets customers courteously and communicates to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Serves customers quickly and efficiently, and assists in buying decisions.
