Job summary

Eurest is hiring immediately for full-time BARISTA positions at ExxonMobil in Spring, TX. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 3:30 pm with no weekends or holidays; online applications accepted. Training provided; Starbucks barista training or smoothie experience preferred.

Perks include meal program and free parking. Pay is $13.50 per hour with internal referral bonuses. Assist customers with orders, operate POS, and ensure HACCP compliance while delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Starbucks barista training preferred.
• Experience with smoothies or beverage preparation is a plus.
• Willing to train as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS; handles cash and card payments.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of service area per HACCP standards.
• Greets customers and explains daily menu items clearly.
• Merchandises display foods attractively and maintains presentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
