Scooters Coffee is hiring baristas to create an amazing guest experience at our Florida location. You will prepare hot and cold beverages, ensure a clean and well-stocked store, and deliver fast, friendly service with a positive attitude.

Preferred candidates have 1 year of barista or guest service experience and are available for all shifts. This position is in-person, with tips and growth opportunities highlighted in the benefits.

Qualifications

• Barista/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to memorize beverage recipes and procedures.
• Willing to perform shift opening/closing tasks.
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages with speed and accuracy.
• Keep the store clean, sanitized and well-stocked.
• Assist with deliveries and stock replenishment as needed.
• Resolve guest questions and quality issues promptly.
• Maintain positive and energetic team atmosphere on shift.
• Operate in-person service with friendly, professional demeanor.
