Scooter’s Coffee is seeking enthusiastic Baristas who deliver spectacular service. You’ll prepare hot and cold beverages, keep the shop clean, and help stock products while contributing to a fun, positive team culture.

• Work in an extremely fast paced environment.
• Ability to memorize recipes and processes to serve a great product consistently.
• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Clean, sanitize and maintain store.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed.
• Research and resolve quality and service complaints and/or issues.

• Be quick on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages while ensuring fast, friendly service.
• Keep the store clean, organized and stocked to meet customer demand.
• Memorize customer recipes and follow procedures to ensure consistency.
• Open/close the shift as assigned and follow security and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional guest experiences.
