Responsibilities

• Connect with each customer and promote sales.
• Welcome questions and educate customers about Scooter's products.
• Take orders and process payment promptly and friendly.
• Manage cash drawer following cash handling procedures.
• Serve all orders per recipe and presentation standards.
• Deliver products within speed-of-service guidelines and identify the drink.
• Maintain cleanliness of store equipment.
• Restock workstations, food, supplies, and merchandise to optimize workflow.
• Create and follow daily checklists.
