The Human Bean is seeking team players who excel in customer service and can work a flexible schedule to deliver quality drinks and food. You will learn the menu quickly, handle cash and assist with daily store tasks to support a fast-paced drive-thru environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Engage with customers with clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Be able to perform multiple tasks within the store per shift.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Learn the menu within two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers immediately and provide friendly service.
• Prepare beverages and food using store equipment according to recipes.
• Assist with training initiatives and daily tasks.
• Linebust to ensure speed and accuracy of service.
• Follow recipes and guidelines during training and operations.
