Responsibilities

• Prepare and package food items according to approved recipes and production guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the service area.
• Ensure items are stocked, labeled, and rotated to prevent waste.
• Follow infection control practices and report issues to Supervisor.
