Compass Group USA, a leader in foodservice, is hiring a part-time barista at One America in Indianapolis. The role makes and serves coffee/espresso drinks and related items; shifts are 7:00 am–2:00 pm or 12:00 pm–5:00 pm.

Experience with a 2‑group head espresso machine is required. You will interact with customers, handle orders and maintain HACCP standards while keeping the service area clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Experience with a 2-group espresso machine required.
• Part-time availability and varied schedule Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers using standard measures and recipes.
• Receives orders via POS and handles payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and replenishes condiments and supplies.
• Follows HACCP standards for safe food handling.
• Greets customers and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
