Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality or coffee.
• 18+ years of age.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs, and to stand for long periods of time.
• Availability that meets the needs of our cafes (Part Time or Full Time).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (I-9 / E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Delight customers with welcoming and engaging service to turn them into regulars.
• Work within a world-class coffee program to prepare drinks.
• Complete training to ensure proper handling of food and beverage to retain freshness and quality.
• Maintain par levels to minimize wastage during peak and slow periods.
• Adhere to local health standards and brand training playbooks.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to increase foot traffic and daily sales.
