You’ll greet customers, take orders, handle the POS, and maintain clean, well-stocked stations while contributing to a fun, welcoming team vibe. Prior barista experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 year experience as a Barista
• Love for coffee, ice cream, and desserts; enthusiasm to share passion with customers
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and follow food safety protocols
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee and espresso drinks
• Scoop and serve ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes, and other desserts
• Greet guests, make menu recommendations, answer questions and ensure a positive experience
• Process orders using a point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cleaning and restocking
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations and dining areas
• Monitor supplies, restock displays, and keep product presentation appealing
• Collaborate with teammates and assist with training new hires as needed
