Qualifications

• Provide cheerful, helpful customer service and connect readers with beverages and café items.
• Maintain café presentation and ensure efficient café operations.
• Operate registers quickly and accurately to serve customers.
• Unpack deliveries and stock café and bake items; tidy the display cases.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions to guide beverage and pastry selections.
• Use POS systems and maintain accurate transactions.
• Stock deliveries and ensure FIFO labeling and dating of products.
• Keep café clean, organized and visually appealing throughout shifts.
• Support bookfloor team when needed and assist promotions.
