Qualifications

• 1+ years previous Barista/food service experience required.
• High School Degree or equivalent.
• Stand for up to two or more hours.
• Safely operate coffee equipment as necessary.
• Previous experience in a coffee shop or café (preferred).
• Detail-oriented transactions.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Proactively meets internal and external customer needs.
• Effective work methods and keeps commitments.
• Clear, concise, and positive communication.
• Computer literacy desired.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel and bend.

Responsibilities

• Prepares quality beverages, whole beans, and food products following recipe and presentation standards; maintains health and sanitation guidelines.
• Upholds Follett Starbucks Cafe culture, values, and mission.
• Maintains calm demeanor during high volume to keep store operations正常.
• Anticipates customer and store needs and responds accordingly.
• Communicates with the manager to coordinate shift needs.
• Maintains regular attendance and safety procedures.
• Delivers excellent customer service by building relationships.
• Stocks shelves and arranges books and merchandise.
