Responsibilities

• Offer product samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials.
• Provide customers with fresh products and correct portion sizes to prevent shrink.
• Operate coffee shop equipment (espresso machine, blender, scales, steamer).
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies and safety issues to management.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards and adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Assist minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults as needed.
