• Offer samples and inform customers of coffee shop specials to drive interest.

• Use equipment in the coffee shop according to guidelines and inventory ingredients.
• Check product quality and sell-by dates, taking appropriate action as needed.
• Operate espresso machines, blenders, scales, ovens and other equipment per safety standards.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise, and report discrepancies to management.
• Stay aware of current ads, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Follow safety procedures and report any unsafe conditions or incidents to management.
• Inspect equipment and arrange repairs as required.
• Report accidents or safety risks to store management, including theft or fraud.
