Caesars Entertainment is hiring a Barista at our Nevada location to deliver the Starbucks experience with warmth and efficiency. You will welcome guests, suggest products, and prepare espresso beverages to standard. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling and clean, friendly service.

We seek candidates with strong English communication and prior coffee or food service experience. Training, team support, and a dynamic hospitality environment are provided.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
Previous espresso/food service experience preferred.
Literate and fluent in English.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Good math and money handling skills.
Ability to uphold integrity in a regulated business.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide excellent service.
Discover customer needs and suggest products to meet sales goals.
Assist with selecting and purchasing specialty coffee beverages and whole beans.
Prepare espresso drinks and Coffee of the Day to Starbucks standards.
Maintain a clean and appealing service area and equipment.
Follow store policies and procedures for operations and cash handling.
Complete Initial Store Training and Barista certification with 90% or better.
