Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Barista for the Java Manjaro Coffee Shop in Round Rock, TX. You will deliver prompt, quality beverages and maintain a clean, welcoming work environment while supporting teammates.

As part of leadership-spirited hospitality, you’ll know the menu inside and out, manage orders accurately, and help guests feel at home from first contact to final sip. Tasteful service is our standard.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle guests with a smile.
• Experience in a restaurant, cafe, hotel, or similar service environment is helpful.
• Wamiliarity with cash handling and basic POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with accuracy and speed.
• Know the menu, beverages, bakery items, and pricing; upsell where appropriate.
• Enter orders into Micros terminal and ensure accurate ticketing.
• Maintain communication with team members to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Perform side work and keep the workstation clean and organized.
