Job summary

Morning Ritual at The Goat restaurant seeks a friendly Barista to join our front-of-house team in a part-time role. You will operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems, keep a clean workstation, restock pastries and supplies, and assist with opening/closing tasks including cash handling.

Ideal candidates have customer-service experience, basic math skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related customer experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems and other café equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, machines, and seating areas.
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, and pastries.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, inventory checks, and cash handling.
