Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong team orientation
• Food Handler/Serv Safe certification and TABC license preferred or obtainable

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, brewed coffee, teas, and light café offerings according to established standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests and customers.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee beverages, brewing methods, house-made syrups, ingredients and menu offerings.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of café workstations and equipment.
• Prepare and restock and organize ingredients, supplies, and café items as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to support daily operations and guest satisfaction.
