We are seeking a cheerful and guest-focused Starbucks Barista to join our in-house Starbucks Café team at The Westin Atlanta Gwinnett. In this role, you’ll create handcrafted beverages and memorable moments for each guest—delivering the warmth, care, and energy that define both Starbucks and Concord Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea, and food items according to Starbucks standards

Deliver genuine, friendly, and attentive service to every guest

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, ensuring a welcoming environment

Operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently

Support back-of-house tasks including restocking, inventory, and product rotation

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies to uphold brand and property standards

Collaborate with fellow associates to create a positive, inclusive workplace
