Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food items such as donuts and pastries.
• Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
• Take payments from customers and hotel guests.
• Track and order inventory for cafe and beverage supplies.
• Maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment; clean and report repairs.
• Keep the workspace and seating area clean, sanitary, and organized.
• Respond to and resolve customer concerns or complaints.
