Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Previous experience in coffee, food service, grocery, or retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages, and food items.
• Provide friendly, helpful, and respectful guest service.
• Engage with guests, answer questions, and make product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffeehouse and work area.
• Operate POS systems and stock merchandise using FIFO methods.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate low or out-of-stock items.
• Participate in required trainings and continuous learning opportunities.
