Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Barista in San Antonio, TX to deliver exceptional customer service and craft handcrafted beverages. You will greet guests, take orders, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean, inviting coffee station.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, standards, and inventory systems.
• Starbucks Baristas may be required to be certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide quick, friendly, personalized service.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages to spec and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar and dining areas.
• Educate guests about menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Operate cash register and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Be prepared for extended standing and lifting up to 50 pounds when needed.
