Job summary

DoubleTree Boston North Shore in Danvers, MA is seeking a Barista to craft high-quality beverages and provide exceptional guest service. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with regular full-time opportunities and a benefits package after a waiting period.

You will handle cash transactions, stock service stations, and support a positive cafe experience aligned with the hotel’s brand standards. Prior barista experience is a major plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months of food & beverage customer service experience, including cash handling.
• Friendly, customer-centric attitude with a natural love for connecting with people.

Responsibilities

• Coffee Craft Master: Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry, following SOPs to deliver high-quality products.
• Guest Experience Champion: Respond to requests with warmth and urgency to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Efficiency Expert: Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow during peak hours without compromising quality.
• Financial Acumen: Handle cash transactions, deposits, and contribute to revenue through outstanding service.
• Operational Excellence: Manage pre- and post-shift duties, restock stations, and ensure a smooth transition for the next shift.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the hotel with professionalism and enthusiasm in all guest interactions.
