Job summary

You’ll operate the POS system, handle cash, restock supplies, and maintain a clean work area while upholding brand standards and guest service culture.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and strong communication, with 18+ eligibility, English proficiency, and compliance with all workplace regulations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or coffeehouse preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and prepare beverages to brand standards.
