Job summary

Mills Auto Group is seeking a positive, outgoing Barista for a new venture to craft hand-made drinks and create great guest experiences at the counter and mobile coffee shop. Training is provided, with a focus on coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, and a passion for people is valued.

The position is primarily counter-based with no table service. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, plus tips, and there are opportunities for growth, plus benefits such as a 401(k) and potential

Responsibilities

• Greet guests positively and take orders accurately while delivering excellent service.
• Prepare beverages (coffee, tea, and more) according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and related equipment.
• Work at counter or mobile unit with no table service.
• Process payments (cash and card) accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and guest spaces.
• Stock supplies as needed and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
