Daily Provisions in Boston's Back Bay is seeking a Barista to deliver Enlightened Hospitality in a high-volume cafe. You will prepare espresso beverages, maintain station, and work with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a barista in a similar environment.
• Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position.

Responsibilities

• Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
• Possess a passion for coffee and ability to prepare classic espresso beverages (cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados etc.), as well as a familiarity with current trends in the specialty coffee and tea industry
• Demonstrate an ability to dial in espresso and pull great shots consistently with the ability to create latte art
• Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests to consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives and operational success
