BIGGBY COFFEE in Walker, MI is seeking a friendly Barista to deliver outstanding service, craft beverages, and live Pavilion Ventures and BIGGBY COFFEE values in a fast-paced, welcoming store. Qualifications

• Must be able to complete the New Barista Training Program
• Available to work 15-20+ hours per week, including weekend availability
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to the role (standing, lifting, bending, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service and craft high-quality beverages.
• Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere and engage customers.
• Help customers build customized drink and food orders.
• Memorize and follow BIGGBY COFFEE flavor rules and recipes.
• Maintain store standards including cash handling and cleanliness.
• Show up on time in proper uniform; support the team.
