Target Corp. is seeking a friendly Starbucks Barista to deliver quality beverages and food while creating a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced store in West Hollywood. You will greet guests, prepare drinks and foods to spec, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and excellent guest service with a commitment to safety and company standards. Previous barista or food service experience is a plus, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow multi-step instructions.
• Prior Starbucks/food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting them.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and resolve issues as needed.
• Support Drive Up and OPU processes to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications and maintain food safety.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized Starbucks space and comply with safety standards.
• Assist with back-up cashier duties and help teammates as needed.
