Job summary

Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista in Texas. The role focuses on creating a welcoming guest experience, crafting beverages and foods to recipe standards, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness across shifts.

Ideal candidates have a friendly, helpful attitude and can work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build skills in customer service and beverage preparation.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards.
• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards.
• Follow all food safety requirements and complete cleaning tasks as outlined.
