Job summary

Brock & Company Inc. is seeking a friendly Barista to join our corporate dining team. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a pay rate of $20 per hour, and benefits eligibility.

You will prepare quality coffee beverages, teas and smoothies, stock supplies, and maintain the coffee bar and equipment while delivering exceptional customer service to brighten our customers’ day.

Qualifications

• Provide quality coffee beverages including cappuccino and teas.
• Maintain a clean and safe coffee bar and equipment.
• Assist with stock, inventory, and ordering when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages to standard recipes and ensure consistent quality.
• Keep coffee bar organized and stocked with syrups, fruits, yogurts, and condiments.
• Clean and maintain all equipment regularly per health and safety guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, helpful attitude.
