Northeastern Health System is seeking a Barista Coordinator for its kiosk. You will manage barista operations, train staff, handle ordering and maintain sanitation and quality standards while delivering friendly, personalized service.
The role requires a High School diploma and at least two years in food service or barista management, plus food handler certification. Expect daily cash handling, staff coordination, and ongoing training as part of a dynamic healthcare setting.
The barista coordinator is responsible for serving all products with a friendly, individualized attention towards each customer, setting the tone for the kiosk. The Coordinator is also responsible for staff orientation and educating staff about the various drinks. Performs a variety of duties which includes staff coordination, ordering food and beverages, following sanitation guidelines, production and balancing of cash register.
Maintains established department policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, and safety standards.

Coordinates the preparation of menus, assist in ordering food and supplies from approved vendors.
Ensures that all food and beverages prepared meet existing standards for quality, freshness, taste and appearance.
Ensures that required sanitary levels are maintained throughout the food preparation process.
Coordinates and ensures all equipment and utensils are inspected and maintained for cleanliness and proper operation, following set cleaning schedule.
Sends work request for maintenance on equipment and facilities in Kiosk.
Maintains department refrigerator temperature documentation, 3-compartment sink sanitation records, food temperature records, other reports and files as required.
Updates cash register, trains kiosk staff on use of cash register and ensures the cash drawer is balanced on a daily basis.
Ensures accurate completion of register log, balancing cash, credit cards and staff charges.
Participates in educational programs and in-service meetings with documentation of such programs.
Attends meetings as required.
Greets all customers promptly and courteously.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Education - High School or Equivalent
Minimum Experience - Two years food service or Barista management
Required Certification/Registration - Food Handlers Permit issued by the Oklahoma State Health Dept. Certified Food Protection Manager
Preferred Education - Management training
