Job summary

RiverCentre venues in Saint Paul, operated by Morrissey Hospitality Inc., seeks an experienced concessions and cash operations associate. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, process payments, and ensure compliance with alcohol service rules.

Qualifications

• Alcohol service certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Food handling certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and collect payments.
• Stock and maintain supplies, refrigerators, dispensers, and display cases; replace soda/CO2 as needed.
• Ensure proper identification for alcohol purchases when required.
• Assist with food preparation at front-of-house as needed and complete setup/breakdown of concession areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per regulations; follow all duties on the checklist.
