Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a friendly barista who is motivated, outgoing, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service every day. You will craft beverages, assist with food items, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll follow recipes, stay knowledgeable about coffee and tea, and help with setup and stock. Prior food service experience is preferred, and a food handler’s card may be required by local regulations.

Qualifications

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule.
• Food handler’s card where required by local/state regulations.
• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards, while also delivering exceptional customer service
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea and drink preparation and products
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
