Business Owner & Business Technology Leader

Company: joe coffee Ptown is a privately owned espresso bar & bakery. We offer a wide variety of hot, iced, and frozen coffee & espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies. We are also a full-service bakery with everything made in-house. Our hours are April to December; open 7 days a week, from 7 am to 4 pm.

Role Description

This is a full-time (seasonal: April - December), on-site role for a Barista Co-Lead at joe coffee and cafe in Provincetown, MA. The Barista Co-Lead will partner with another co-lead to maintain our espresso recipes, standards, employee training, and quality standards, as well as serve as the lead barista during shifts. Ideally, the start date would be mid-September or sooner.
