Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Craft espresso drinks, coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare a variety of food items including breakfast, lunch, sandwiches, salads and baked goods.
• Serve beer and wine responsibly while following state regulations.
• Deliver friendly, efficient and attentive customer service.
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary café, dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
• Wash dishes and keep workstations stocked and ready for service.
• Restock food, beverages, paper products, and supplies as needed.
• Assist with daily food preparation and ingredient prep for current and future services.
• Prepare the café for the next business day by cleaning, stocking, and organizing all stations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Stay focused and detail-oriented during busy periods with a positive attitude.
