Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-facing experience in a coffee/coffee shop is preferred.
• Must have or obtain a local Food Handler's Permit within three months of hire.
• Barista certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares beverage and food orders for customers using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders into POS; handles cash and card payments.
• Greets customers and ensures satisfaction; communicates concerns to supervisors.
• Maintains display foods and serves items attractively and at proper temperatures.
• Keeps equipment clean and organized during service and after shifts.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining sanitation.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and production procedures.
• Develops positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.
