Job summary

oganhospitality in Raleigh, NC is hiring a part-time Barista / Café Attendant to provide friendly service and prepare beverages and food items. You will help maintain cleanliness and assist with inventory while supporting store operations.

The role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, weekends, and holidays. Prior barista experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Barista experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, personalized service to each customer.
• Prepare beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Develop foundational knowledge of coffee, tea, and blends offered.
• Receive and call back orders courteously.
• Sell and serve baked goods and other food items.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate complaints to the manager on duty.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Restock items for current and next shift.
