Caviar & Bananas in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Barista/Breakfast Cook Hybrid to run a fast-paced breakfast station and support barista duties when needed. The role offers exposure to both food prep and beverage crafting, including to-go orders.

Responsibilities include making coffee drinks, smoothies, and maintaining high standards of food safety while delivering friendly customer service in a dynamic cafe environment.

Qualifications

• Must have availability Monday through Friday from 6 am-2pm.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Run a fast-paced breakfast station and small assembly line.
• Cross-train in barista skills, including beverages.
