Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old. Barista experience preferred.
• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and process payments.
• Set up and stock grab-and-go foods and beverages.
• Grind and brew coffee and tea; educate customers on brewing methods.
• Clean and restock work and dining areas; sanitize equipment.
• Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, and presentation techniques.
• Update signage and displays to attract customers.
• Take inventory and replenish display items as needed.
• Work as part of a high-energy team.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
