Volante Farms in Needham, MA is hiring a Barista/Bakery Associate ASAP to join our growing team. The schedule runs Wednesday through Saturday starting at 7am.

You will prepare coffee and specialty beverages, scoop ice cream, assist bakery/kitchen/deli, greet customers, and handle cash. Must be comfortable lifting up to 80 lbs and delivering friendly service.

Volante Farms in Needham, MA is a place for all seasons. As a fourth-generation family run farm, farm stand, and garden center it has over one hundred years in the community-- specializing in homegrown and locally grown produce, ornamental and vegetable plants and seasonal decorations. More recently, several new departments were added as part of a large renovation. These include a locally sourced grocery department, butcher shop, seasonal ice cream stand and a still growing food service component including a deli, bakery, coffee shop, and two kitchens preparing food for retail sales; soups, salads, and sandwiches; catering for businesses and family events; pastries and desserts.

We are looking for a Barista/Bakery Associate to join our growing team! We are looking to hire for this position ASAP.

The schedule for this position is Wednesday - Saturday beginning at 7am with a flexible end time.
