Coffee Up Roastery in Fullerton is looking for new baristas to join our team.

We are located at 1950 Sunny Crest Dr, STE 1000, Fullerton, CA 92835.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, engaged, and a lover of all things coffee or tea!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take food and drink orders
• Prepare and serve beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones
• Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches and pastries
• Answer customers’ questions about menu choices
• Promote and recommend menu options to customers
• Take payment from customers using our Clover POS
• Maintain inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and performing maintenance
• Keep the work environment sanitary and organized
• Evaluate and provide suggestions improve efficiency and quality of service
• Work to attract new customers and expand the menu

Recommended Qualifications
