Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista.
• High integrity with a great attendance record.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Experience with latte art is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and take food and drink orders.
• Prepare and serve beverages, ranging from simple to elaborate ones.
• Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches and pastries.
• Answer customers’ questions about menu choices.
• Promote and recommend menu options to customers.
• Take payment from customers using our POS.
• Maintain inventory and equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and performing maintenance.
• Keep the work environment sanitary and organized.
• Evaluate and provide suggestions improve efficiency and quality of service.
• Work to attract new customers and expand the menu.

Business Hours:

• Monday-Friday 7-6PM
• Saturday-Sunday 8-2PM
• Must be available at least 3 days/week. Must be available at least 1 weekend day per week.
