Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in fast-paced food service preferred.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and prompt customer service.
• Become an expert in Fresh Baguette’s menu offerings and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and serve coffee, sandwiches, salads, and baked goods with care.
• Follow recipes to maintain consistent product quality.
• Handle cash and credit transactions at the register.
• Address customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
• Maintain store safety, sanitation, and proper food storage per health policies.
• Display products attractively and keep the store clean.
• Assist in closing duties and prep for the next day.
