Job summary

Bethyl Laboratories, Inc is seeking a Brewista to provide friendly, efficient service at the counter. You will greet customers, take orders, and input them into the POS with accuracy while preparing coffee and premixes.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors when needed, with a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training rate starts at $11/hr plus tips.

Qualifications

• Shows genuine uplifting interactions with strangers for short durations.
• Able to work quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles and dairy.
• Able to work outdoors for extended periods and in various weather.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when needed.
• Aware of hygiene and sanitation standards in food service.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input accurately into POS.
• Collect payments and count back change correctly.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes according to menu.
• Move with urgency to meet customers' time expectations.
• Build personal connections with customers through friendly, positive interactions.
• Know the menu well and suggest appropriate drinks or combinations.
