Empower Cafes is seeking a friendly Barista to join our small, energetic café team. You will prepare espresso drinks, teas, and foods, while delivering upbeat customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other café beverages.
• Take customer orders and operate the POS system.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and efficient customer service.
• Prepare and serve café food items according to established procedures.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter, kitchen, dining, and service area.
• Restock ingredients, beverages, cups, utensils, and other supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Wash dishes and maintain equipment and work areas.
• Monitor product quality and freshness.
• Work closely with other team members during busy periods.
• Help create a fun, upbeat, and welcoming environment for customers.
• Support café promotions, special events, and occasional social media content creation
• Complete other café-related duties as needed
