Job Description

Responsible for daily coffee operations and providing exceptional customer service to guests, members, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance according to Omni standards and schedule needs.
• Present a professional appearance, including proper attire and grooming.
• Open or close the outlet as assigned, ensuring timely opening.
• Prepare quality beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos, espresso drinks, and coffee.
• Manage assigned cash bank each shift.
• Report inventory shortages or needs to management.
• Follow up on daily projects and assist with physical inventory when needed.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Have knowledge of hotel amenities and assist guests accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of cash handling and POS systems preferred.
• Current Texas Food Handlers certification required.
