Caribou Coffee in Delaware, Ohio is hiring part-time Team Members for shifts between 2:00p and 8:30p, 10–16 hours per week with holiday availability required.

The role offers $12-13 per hour plus $3-7 per hour in tips, plus free drink on every shift and a free food item after 8 hours. No experience is necessary; training covers cashier, barista, and food service to support store operations and guest service.

CARIBOU COFFEE – TEAM MEMBER – Delaware, Ohio
Now Hiring for team members available between the hours of 2:00p-8:30p. Part‑Time between 10-16 hours per week depending on business. We are a 364 day operation so availability on holidays is required.

Range - $12-13 PLUS $3-$7 per hour in tips depending on business.

Free drink on every shift + a free food item after 8 hours worked.
