Davidson Hospitality Group's Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel is seeking a Barista to prepare and serve a range of coffee beverages and engage guests in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting. You will craft espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and more while maintaining a clean workstation and following health guidelines.

You will also handle orders, upsell pastries, manage cash transactions, and provide friendly service, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere near universities and cultural

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends helpful
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
• Prior cash handling experience
