Location: Milwaukee Airport F&B

Compensation: $15.70 to $20.95

Summary:

The Barista is responsible for fulfilling orders and completing sales transactions within a Dunkin' establishment, supporting functions such as cleaning, maintaining inventory, and customer service. Performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or management. This is a non-exempt position, typically reporting to the Store Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Greets customers, takes orders, provides product information, and looks for opportunities to up-sell
• Prepares all drink orders to Dunkin' and HMSHost standards
• Operates cash register, processes payments, and follows cash handling policies
• Educates customers about coffee beans, preparation, and brewing methods
• Cleans and stocks the customer area
• Follows safety and operational policies to ensure safety during shifts
• Maintains composure during high volume or unusual events to ensure smooth operation and set a positive example

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing interaction with the public and coworkers
• Ability to bend, twist, stand, and perform normal job functions
• Ability to speak, read, understand instructions, and converse comfortably with customers
• Willingness to learn and maintain product and procedural knowledge
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
